Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350F (175C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
2. Prepare the German chocolate cake mix according to the package instructions. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake as directed.
3. While the cake is baking, combine the sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce in a medium bowl until smooth and well blended.
4. Once the cake is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes. Use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the cake.
